Our Story

It's straight from Uncle Sam. We offer the original American bagel here in Israel at our branches spread across Jerusalem. We'd love to host you.

We started Sam's Bagels in 2004 with the precise intention of bringing the authentic American bagel to Israel. From our bakery to our shops, we preserve the original tastes of the traditional American bagel that started with the Greenstein family five generations ago.

Our shops are supplied with dough from a bakery that was started twenty years ago. The actual baking process is in the shop so that the customer gets a fresh bagel.     

Sam Bagels also offers trays for catering. The trays are a mix of salads, fruits, cheeses and smoked fish.
